Join us in sacred space as we honor the Fall Equinox with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and immersive Sound Healing experience. This evening offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and align with the shifting season.

We'll begin with Ceremonial Grade Cacao to gently awaken the heart and balance the body’s energy. Guided by Luciana Soave, you’ll be led through a grounding meditation before surrendering into a deeply restorative sound journey.

Live music from voice, hand pans, crystal harp, rain sticks, tuning forks, shamanic drum, and other world instruments will support your journey inward and help you return to your natural state of harmony.

After the sound bath, stay for a cozy 30-minute social to connect with the Detroit Wellness Social Club, share reflections, and enjoy the warmth of the space together.  

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye covering, water bottle, and cozy layered clothing. All are welcome—no prior experience needed.
